Jordan is an experienced Sales Leader and Finance Broker with a demonstrated history of working within the Financial Services Industry for over 15 years. Jordan is the General Manager of the Equipment and Property Finance teams in Australia.

Jordan is passionate about providing an environment where staff can be motivated and inspired to seek out the best possible customer outcomes and experience.

Jordan loves spending time with family and friends as well as a keen interest in the NFL.

Shaun joined Credit One Equipment Finance 9 years ago, through this time he’s showed excellent customer relationship skills by developing strong relationships with all prospective dealers across all industry segments. Shaun has a passion for maintaining relationships on behalf of Credit One’s dealer network as well as identifying the right finance packages to suit their customers needs.

As Credit One Equipment Finance most experienced BDM, he has a deep understanding of the finance industry, and is able to navigate the complex dynamics of the industry, to ensure all our dealers are receiving the best advice possible. He is committed to staying up to date with all the latest trends and developments in the field and is constantly seeking to improve his skills and knowledge.

In his free time, Shaun enjoys a range of activities to help him unwind and recharge. Playing rounds of golf, finding the sport both challenging and fun. He also enjoys attending AFL games. But above all, Shaun loves spending time with his family.

Brett Hopes has been with Credit One for over 21 years. He was the company's second employee and has proven to be an indispensable member of the team. Before starting with Credit One he worked in banking and developed a lot of the skills needed for liaising with our financers.

Brett has worked with many of the different teams in the Credit One family. Previously being the head of the Lifestyle finance team. He now works with the Credit One Equipment Finance team and focuses on asset finance. His specialty areas are transport and earthmoving equipment.

When he isn’t working, Brett spends his time with his family.

Travis Dever's first taste working alongside small business’ came in high school through washing cars for his father’s dealership during weekends and holidays. He started with Credit One seven years ago as a junior broker, having worked part-time with the company during the final semester of his university degree.

With a bachelor’s in accounting and finance, Travis Prides himself on combining an analytical eye for detail alongside providing an efficient yet personal service for his clients. Whether you are wanting to finance an excavator or a plane, Travis is ready to help. His main focus, however, is transport finance, where he is skilled at finding the most competitive deal for his customers.

When he’s not helping his customers smash their goals, you’ll find him scoring for his local football club instead!

Michael Lai has been a member of the Credit One Equipment Finance team for 7 years. He is a dedicated finance consultant with a focus on using a proactive approach to developing a successful career in finance. He has built a reputation for his exceptional customer service and his ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet his clients’ unique needs.

He specialises in machinery, truck lending and cashflow lending. In addition to servicing a variety of clients, Mike also has developed successful vendor programs within the construction and transport industries. He takes a hands-on approach to his work and is dedicated to proving his clients with personalised attention throughout the entire financing process.

Outside of work, Michael is an avid sports fan. He also speaks Mandarin, Cantonese, and Taiwanese to assist customers from all backgrounds and lifestyles.

Michael Roocroft, an equipment finance broker at Credit One. With almost 3 years of experience in the industry, Michael has establised himself as a trusted and knowledgeable professional in the field of Equipment and Commerical finance. As a broker at Credit One, Michael specializes in providing clients with customized financing solutions that meet their unique needs and goals.

Outside of work, Michael is an avid sports fan, with a particular interest in AFL, Soccer and Cricket. He loves nothing more than watching a game and discussing the latest news and devlopments with colleagues and clients.

Michael has a proven track recond of helping businesses of all sizes acquire the equipment or facility they need to grow and thrive. As a trusted advisor, Michael works closely with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor solutions that meet their specific goals. Whether it’s financing heavy machinery, office equipment, or anything in between.

My finance career began in 1990 and I have had the pleasure of working with a number of brokerage firms and lenders. My history in finance has allowed me to gain invaluable experience and industry insights, specifically designated towards equipment finance. My specialist areas being application preparation and input, documentation, and settlements.

I joined the Credit One Equipment Finance team in July 2022 as a Broker Support Officer. After 6 months I was promoted into the role of Team Leader – Broker Support Equipment Finance. While I continue in this role, I hope to maintain and continue to build solid relationships with our panel of lenders. I am delighted to lead our continually growing, skilled, and motivated administration department in providing first-class support to our broker team, as well as attending to all enquiries from our valued clients.

Whenever I have the chance, I love to go away with my husband in our caravan and can’t wait to see more of Australia.

We enjoy our annual visits to Fraser Island, often spending a week there at a time. I also enjoy the opportunity to go paddle boarding wherever we go.

With over 15 years of dedicated experience in the equipment finance industry, Amy has had the privilege of working in both Sydney and Brisbane, gaining invaluable insights and expertise along the way. Currently, she is excited to be part of the Credit One team, where she has been contributing her skills and knowledge since September 2023 as the Assistant Team leader for the Broker Support team.

Beyond her professional life, her two children and the sports they engage in keep her happily occupied. Family is a significant part of her life, and they share a love for the great outdoors, often indulging in camping adventures.
